By using Solar, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the bot immediately.

1. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to use Solar for any unlawful, abusive, harassing, harmful, or disruptive activities.
• You may not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, overload, or otherwise abuse the bot or its systems.
• You may not use Solar to spam, harass, threaten, impersonate others, or bypass platform restrictions.
• You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required by Discord to use Solar.

3. Access, Suspension & Termination

• We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Solar at any time for any reason, including violations of these terms.
• Features may be modified, removed, or discontinued at any time without notice.

4. Third-Party Services & Non-Affiliation

Solar may interact with, rely on, or integrate with third-party APIs, platforms, or services, including those that are open source or publicly documented.

Solar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any third-party service, company, or platform unless explicitly stated.

5. Closed Source & API Privacy

The Solar bot, its APIs, internal logic, and backend infrastructure are intentionally maintained as closed source.

This decision is made to protect user privacy, prevent abuse, safeguard proprietary systems, and respect the privacy and security requirements of all third-party services and companies involved.

6. No Warranty

Solar is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, availability, or reliability. Use of the bot is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solar and its developers shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or inability to use the bot.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of Solar after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
